Leslie is a Broker who represents buyers and sellers with compassion, loyalty, and respect. She uses Best Business Practices to protect the interests and goals of her clients and views every transaction as an important personal relationship. 

Leslie has extensive successful experience in project planning, feasibility, budgeting, and turn-key in residential, commercial, and industrial projects and properties. 

Her successes include designing lighting systems on a tight budgeted Space Needle – truly facing her fear of heights; pre-sales of multi-million dollar speculation units in the high rise “Pill Hill” during the rough 1990’s – negotiating on behalf of the contractor and an out of state buyer; and completing turn-key projects on time and under budget under intensified scrutiny of lenders during the crash of 2008. 

Leslie holds degrees in engineering and architecture from University of Alaska, Fairbanks and is a LEED AP. She is known internationally for her knitting designs.
