Getting a lot if inquiries regarding if this is a good time to buy in the Puget Sound Region.  The short answer is "Yes".  Even though interest rates are higher than a year ago, they are still pretty low historically speaking.  The general consensus is that even though they will probably go higher in the coming months, eventually they will come down.  If you tried to buy in the past couple of years, you experienced a crazy market where the competitions for homes was insane, to say the least.  Inspections being waived, first born sons and daughters being offered, and the like.  Now, even though inventory levels are still low, there is a better chance.  We are still seeing multiple offers, especially on homes in prime locations that are move in ready.  But it is not nearly as intense as before.  Plus there are opportunities out there if you know where to look.  I do! that is where to look.  Call me for answers to your questions and to get the info you need to make the best decision for your family.
